Our 2006 Ministry goals for our purpose as a Church

I.                    Adoration

A.     To learn at least two new songs a month.

B.     To incorporate a guitar into the worship service.

C.  To begin the service on time.

II.                 Evangelism

A.     To reach 20 new people and incorporate them in the local body of believers.  How we plan on getting there is outlined in our work plan.

B.     To continue to support as a church Mauricio and Rut Diaz as they serve as missionaries in Tlapa, Mexico, and begin to support Alejandro and Liz Pantoja as they prepare to go to Turkey.

III.               Communion

A.     To meet weekly with our small groups.  

B.     To grow our small groups from 2 to 4.

C.     To have one week out of every month called, “Encourage your brother week,” where the members encourage one another at least once during the week.

IV.              Discipleship

A.     To preach through the book of Ephesians.

B.     To teach on Spiritual gifts.

C.     To continue teaching the evangelism class at least once more this year.

D.     To develop two leaders for new small groups.

E.      To give monthly classes on marriage to strengthen the marriages in the church.

V.                 Service

A.     To train at least one person to play the guitar.

B.     To have two new leaders for small groups.

C.     To have all of the current members serving in at least one ministry in the church using their spiritual gifts.
